How far can I ride on a full charge?
Most e-bikes offer 40β110km of pedal-assist range depending on the model, terrain, rider weight, and assist level.
Are these bikes waterproof?
Yes β our e-bikes are IP65+ rated, meaning theyβre safe to ride in rain and through puddles. Just donβt submerge them.
What happens if I need repairs or parts?
Bandit Bikes offers mobile servicing, local workshop support, and all replacement parts β we keep you riding.
How fast do they go?
Our bikes are capped at 25km/h under Australian road-legal pedelec laws. Off-road variants can go faster where allowed.
Can I upgrade parts later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade brakes, tyres, suspension forks, seats, batteries, and more depending on the model.
Do I need to maintain the bike often?
E-bikes are low maintenance. Just keep your chain lubed, tyres pumped, and brakes checked. We also offer regular servicing plans.
